Club Card points not registering when I pay for fuel bia the Engen App

While I have no issue with Clicks per se, I have now tried to find a place where I can contact them with my question on the app and their website and I am yet to find it. They have an extensive list of FAQs but my answer is not there and I cannot figure out where to go from there. So, I'm writing on HelloPeter.com.

I have linked my Clicks Club Card with the Engen App because I pay for my Engen purchases via their app. I have now made a number of purchases, including petrol, but no points are recording.

Can someone assist me, please?
