Club card linked by Clicks in error- points lost.

I am in CT and went to use my points at a store here and was told someone in George had claimed the points in George as my card was linked to this person. I have NEVER linked my card nor been to George. I sent an email 7th December requesting the matter be looked into. I received an email a few days later to say "Your message was deleted without being read." It is now 11 days later and not a word! Very poor service!!! Card number: ********** 209972
