Club card *****

Made an online order on the 23rd of December 2024 and the following day they sent an email that the products were sold out and they have made a refund to my club card and I kept on checking for the refund on my club card but there was nothing, checked everyday. And today when i checked I find that there was money spent, the purchase happened at Ficksburg and I’m at Tembisa and I have my club card with me so I’m not understanding how all of this happened when I’ve been waiting for my refund and still have my club card with me
