Club Card

I dont know if anyone else has had experiences with Clicks Cards not allowing you to make transactions to utilize points when you have acquired enough points. I am usually asked if I would like to use points when I use Flora Center or Clearwaters branch but when I went to the branch based in Town Square, not only did I ask have to ask how many points I had, I was answered as if I never had a card. This is puzzling because I have utilized my points earlier this year, I use to Clicks Pharmacy to get all my medication always and I go toiletry shopping there every month. It's sad that no-one offers help at all Clicks branches, it's sad that people are not on board with costumer care as much as they should be and it's even sadder to see that there is points reflected on my card but they refuse to do anything about it. I was referred to the app which is fine and also not helpful. Funnily enough, when people were being petty about the ad campaign, I found it childish and hoped that Clicks would survive such a backlash. When it was open, i could freely get everything i needed. I just want to warn customers that not every Clicks is as hands on as others may be. Stick to one Clicks if you can and remain there. Avoid Clicks Town Square in Weltervreden Park because I found the staff (including the pharmacist) extremely laxidazical and unfriendly.
