Closing the store before official store closure time

Went to Clicks Fochville at round about 13h48 and the store closes at 14h00 and the doors were already closed and we were refused entry because the store was already closed. I tried asking one of the staff that why is he store closed early he answered with some cheap attitude that they allocate the last ten minutes of trade to clearing the store and cashing up, and I asked why do they not communicate that with their customers and he gave me such a lousy excuse, I think that guy was one of the managers. I am so disappointed I didn't expect that from a clicks manager honestly, he really left me speechless. I expect more professionalism.
