Clinic Online Booking Waste Of Time!

Booked a virtual online consultation for Clicks Columbine for 05/10/2021. Arrived at the clinic. I told the nurse what I was there for. The nurse/sister didn't even want to listen. She says was rude, abrupt, while walking away from me saying that Clicks does not do consultations. I didn't have time to dispute as I took off time from work bring my mom in. I thought this was supposed to be convenient. I still had to make a another appointment at an actual doctor. I don't see the point of offering such services if they are not rendered. Nurse/Sisters need to LEARN to communicate effectively. Is that not why they took the job in the first place, to HELP people! Will definitely notify friends and family not to take the online consultation with Clicks.
