client feedback should be important 3weeks is way too long

i logged a complaint with Clicks head office its been 3 weeks now they didn't get back to me i don't understand why they take customer complaints as if its nothing my ref no *** with head office, i have been accused of theft by the staff, accusing customers of ***** is a very serious accusation and needs to be dealt with as such.
