CLICKS...unacceptable excuses and responses

Clicks continues to send me emails addressed to a name that is not mine......I have tried to resolve it by contacting them directly....their response is "We are unable to change the details on the card...as the ID number listed is linked to ***X" - who is a person that is not me......How is this possible?? POPIA etc not even being considered!!! So I must be happy that they have linked my ID and Clicks clubcard to another person's name, and I must be happy that send me emails addressed to this other person????
