Clicks/Russel Hobs iron returns

I had a VERY unfortunate dealing with Walmer Park Clicks’ manager. What a disgrace!!!! I returned my Russel Hobs iron which was still well within the guarantee period (box with slip and all). She refused to exchange the iron. After this ordeal I won’t shop at Clicks anymore!!!!!!! It is absurd that clicks advertise a guarantee period and when faced with a simple return, with the consumer adhering to all protocol, it is refused.
