Clicks/Musica bad service

Hi there,

I wrote an email to Clicks/Musica on the 23rd April 2020 with the below content:

"Hi there, hope this finds you well. I bought the True Wireless Stereo Earbuds Pico Series last year, 22 May 2019, and today only one side is functional. Even though the warranty policy says 12 months, the store policy where I bought them only offers 6 months which has long passed. I still have the packaging it came in and the store receipt, how do I use the manufacture 12 month warranty? regards,"

Till this day I'm yet to receive their response after they requested a copy of the till slip and the barcode on the packaging.

For such a big organisation you guys treat customers badly, all I needed was your assistance but I guess taking money and shutting them out is how you conduct business.
