Clicks Zero Customer Support

Unacceptable level of service, in fact my matter is still pending weeks later with no response to my emails and we cannot get through to the contact centre at all. Even the stores in our area have tried to call in to resolve the matter of my MISSING REWARDS valued at almost R 300 which a few weeks ago just disappeared off my club card.

If this is how Clicks is now treating their lifelong, loyal customers then they are in serious trouble. This kind of experience can only result in broken brand loyalty and once that happens they will lose clients forever. There are too many other options out there to expect that customers will put up with the lack of service and a total lack of care.
