Clicks Zeerust Disrespect by a guy called Tshego

Clicks zeerust dished me disrespect. A manager calked Tshego. I am not sure if guy is looking for a promotion or what. First of all, after queuing for almost an hour at the pharmacy, after paying when leaving by the door the alarm beeped. I bought small items that didn't require a pladtic bag, I therefore put them inside my handbag. When it went off, I gladly said no it might be tyr items I put inside my bag then took them out. The nerve that guy has, without even checking the receipt I gave him he summons me to his office, what the ****? For what. That guy insinuated I am a ***** before even checking the invoice and what I have. I've never felt disrespected like that. That guy disrespected me. Why don't you first check what is on the invoice and what I have and then give the items to the cashier that assisted me yo rub them on that thing they use before you shout and summon me to your office like I am a *****. Should I see myself recorded and on socials I am definitely suing for defamation of character. You do not do that. Each and every store first check if it isn't their fault before they treat you like a *****. Then he tells me it's their policy, what policy is that? How do you conclude someone stole when they gave you an invoice, he didn't even bother apologizing, he wa busy telling me about policy. I have never been disrespected like that in my enite existence. This does not even deserve a star. He needs to be taken for training, clearly he isn't smart enough, he needs more training.
