Clicks you have got it so wrong.................

When are Clicks pharmacies ever going to realise that they are playing with peoples lives! For the umpteenth time meds are short and useless generics are issued. Contact the pharmacist immediately and get into a spitting match about they were checked twice and they still managed to get it wrong. Why do Clicks constantly try to force useless generics down one's throats? Assistant Pharmacists have no right or professional capability to second guess a Dr and issue something else, especially a product which has no efficacy. Then there are the instances of meds disappearing and suddenly reappearing when you cause drama in front of everybody and it is worsened by a locum who defies you to complain. While I am at it i find it quite reprehensible that Clicks Pharmacies, that manage the pharmacies in Life Hospital, charge a 50% dispensing fee. No wonder Government want to regulate the greed that exists in private health care.
