Pathetic clicks Elgin Mall, Kempton Park

My wife visited the Elgin Mall Clicks Pharmacy yesterday 19/09/2023 to obtain her monthly CHRONIC medication as usual. Beatrice who assisted my wife brought it to my wife’s attention that they do not have the medication in stock and confirmed that it will be ordered and delivered to our house yesterday 19.09.2023. Beatrice did not keep to her promise and no medication was delivered. None of the Click’s staff had the decency to pick up the phone to inform my wife that the medication will not be delivered yesterday 19.09.2023.

My wife called the Elgin Mall branch to enquire about the delivery that did not take place as promised yesterday. Unfortunately, my wife did not take the name of the lady who once again confirmed that the medication will be delivered today.

Due to no communication received once again by Clicks I decided to get into my car and physically go there roundabout 16h00 today 20.09.2023 to find out that what the HELL is going on. After the bunch of Clicks headless chickens did the run around the parcel was eventually discovered on a shelf below the counter, STILL NOT DELIVERED.

The Clicks staff is *********** and do not treat their clients fairly. I will be taking my business to Dischem from now on they are competent and deliver proper customer service, Then companies like Clicks want to know why you are losing business because you employ pathetic non caring people.
