Clicks you are a great company, however your online site is simply atrocious.

I have tried to place an online order with Clicks a few times over the past few months however their online order confirmation 'basket' is simply atrocious. Whenever you get into the window to review the purchases, it simply will not allow you to remove or change the quantities of an item, and you have to end up telephoning customer care, who clear the basket and you have to start again. Really Clicks, surely you should have been able to sort this out years ago.
