Clicks, Wynberg, please come right

Earlier today, I went to Clicks, Maynard Mall, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, it was at about lunch time, there was a very long queue waiting to pay at the till points, why were so few tills open?, please get your pricing right, & get your staff to please pack your stock out in the right place..., how do I rare Clicks no stars?
