Clicks Worst service

On the 4th of June 2025,@ approximately +/-12:05 I entered Clicks in Westgate Mall, I needed medication for ulcers, I was drained in pain, I couldn't stand,let alone sit properly for five minutes. I took the products I needed from the shelves,then proceeded to the pharmacy for the additional products,they gave a box of Probitor 20 and a bottle of Mayogel, I then asked if I can get water so I can take them right there,as I was in dire pain,Nqobile Maseko the pharmacist assistant advised,I go pay by the cashier's first,when I come he will give me water to take the Probitor pills as he prescribed. Went to the cashier's side, queued for a while, as I was in pain, I asked one of the staff,if they can put me forward and pay as I couldn't stand due to the pain I was feeling. She then took me to the manager Sphiwe Sithole ,who's busy with some boxes, the staff explained my situation to Sithole,who then looked at me, afternoon a short while,came a security who wanted to go out,she then searched the security,so she can go out the store, whilst I was standing in pain watching her doing her job. After that she then faced me and said next time you must, ask the pharmacist to come and pay for you, we don't want other customers to blame us when they complain. Bored by her attitude towards me and response, I left her and rejoined the que ,until my turn ,in pain.
