Clicks worst ever shampoo & conditioner

Clicks worst ever shampoo & conditioner I ever bought, its called AFRI TRUE, TRUE TO AFRICAN HAIR, I was washing my hair with the shampoo it felt like glue thought perhaps the conditioner will soften it but it was worst, couldn't even comb through it, I did notify them about it but until now they haven't done anything about it,
