Clicks worst customer service ever

I had the worst experience ever at Click Golden Acre this morning. I saw a 3 for 2 deal on d'licious items and took 3 boxes of the chocolate sticks, along with other goodies. The chocolate sticks had not been discounted and I went back and spoke to someone from management. She had a very bad attitude from the start and informed me that the sticks is not part of the promotion even though it was on the same shelf as the other items. I advised her that it says d'licious items are 3 for 2 and it's on the same shelf. She then repeated that it's not 3 for 2 and it's 2 for R21 and went to fetch a promotion sticker and then inserted it on the shelf by the chocolate sticks. I said that's the sticks should then not have been on the same shelf as the 3 for 2 promotion, however the adverti*****t is misleading to customers. She walked away and I asked her what happens now. She said I can go to the front of the tills, where she spoke to the cashier in a different language that I did not understand. Another employee came to stand with them and they had a conversation that again I did not understand. This went on for about 20 minutes while I'm standing there and the manager is very dismissive and not answering any of my questions. Once they have exchanged the items for the 3 for 2 promotion, I asked if I could have her name. She said it's on her badge, I then asked the cashier to write her name down on my slip please as her conduct was very unprofessional. She spoke again in her language, I again asked her for her name as I can't see clearly due to an impairment. She once again said her name is on her badge. I asked for a pen to write her name down as I had now put my spectacles on so that I could see her name. She refused to give me a pen. I found a pen in my bag and wrote down her name, Alwaba Nano. The cashier apologized for any inconvenience but Alwaba was dismissive and did not acknowledge me at all. I will not be going back to golden acre clicks again even though I loved going to that branch.
