Clicks worst customer service

<p>So I went to Clicks Hyde Park to buy my usual toiletries, When I git there I found a pink cosmetic bag that i decided to take, when I got to the cashier, she told me it doesnt have a barcode then asked if I found the case as it is and if I had maybe fondled with it?? really?? Anyway, I told her everything was as is when I found it, she left me standing there for a good 3-5 mins then comes back and says "we cant sell this to you because theres no barcode?" but is that MY problem? So not only is the service bad but the people dont check the shelves too? I was so annoyed. How can you sell something but then refuse to sell it to me? after I waited almost 5 mins? she didnt even excuse herself. She just left me waiting. I was so angry by how she delivered it to me that I left everything else that I had taken and asked her to cancel my purchase. She didnt even apologise for the inconvinience... This is the customer servive i recieve in HYDE PARK? wow.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway, I did not like it. at all. I'm a regular, loyal customer. I buy literally EVERYTHING I can at clicks... And have a Gold Card, anf this is the treatment I get. hmm. Disappointed.</p>
