Clicks Woodstock Quaters Freakin' Sucks

I dont think all the Clicks stores are bad, to be clear. The Gardens Shopping Centre one is freakin' on point. But the one in Woodstock Quarters is a ****ing joke. I went to get my 2nd dose Vaccine. I was told on the phone that I should hurry, as there were limited Vaccines. 2 mins later, I'm there, I go inside looking for a person to ask about vaccines. They tell me, and show me where to sit, where there's now 2 people that weren't there when I went in. So now I'm third in a queue that didn't exist when I got there... A few minutes later, a woman comes out, and tells me, there's only 2 shots left, and since I'm third, I should leave, and come back another time. I go to the bathroom, and when I emerge, I get told that one of the people before doesn't have the documentation. So, I can get my second dose after all. I wait up to 25 minutes, but when I get to the front, Im told that the last dose is being given to the guy before me, and that they made a mistake up front. So now I've wasted my day, because I took off of work to do this, and I cant even leave right away in anger because the teller was busy linking my Clicks card to my profile... Everyone there needs to get their **** together!... Especially communication wise... This is live saving stuff, and y'all are ****ing up!... C'mon man!...
