Clicks Woodlands Staff stay away, Restructure employees(fire)

I spoke to a person in the dispensary today and told her my pills were a few days early can she see if she can give them to me, this was over the phone, she said no problem she will get the package ready, when we got there to collect after waiting half an hour, this package was nowhere and apparently no one working their spoke to me, the girls working there just covered each others backs and the new one with an attitude told me pills too early can't get them, which I am fine with, if we didn't call ahead where I got an OK and now I got a snotty reply, she went into even trying to guilt trip me saying I drank my pills too fast, which didn't work cause I still had the old pills I just wanted to make sure to get my new pills, so this clicks and staff can shove it, they wont see my business again, snobby attitudes from pharmacists isn't something I am going to live with, I will rather work with pharmacists who can own up to mistakes and try and help, so management have a good look at your staff and if you really want a bunch of young just qualified a-holes working for you.
