Clicks wont take back their faulty applience.

<p>On the 10th of May 2016 I purchased a Russell Hobbs steam iron at Clicks at Savanna mall in Polokwane . After a week it was found to be faulty. I returned the iron to the store will the till slip in hand, but they still refused to refund or exchange because of a box, I had already thrown it away as it was torn when I bought it. Now I'm stuck with an appliance that doesn't work because of a stupid box. It's not fair.</p>
