Clicks won’t give back my money

I went to clicks to buy nappies for my baby. I then returned them but unfortunately had lost my slip but I paid using my card and clicks reprinted a copy of the slip showing the payments and refused to put back the money into my card instead forced a gift card in me. On top of all that the manager was rude and shouting at me causing a scene all I want is my money back into my credit card. Surely that’s not to much to ask. And I was her to apologize and realize buying at clicks is a choice I could go to any other shops and that would lend her with no job.
