Clicks Wonderpark

I visited clicks sanridge in Midrand last month to collect my script and I was told that anyone can collect it for me because am not always available during the day as long as they have my clicks card number, to my surprise today my sister visited clicks Wonderpark mall to collect pills on my behalf and she was told they need the actual medical aid card and not even the number.
