Clicks wonderboom arrogance

Hi.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Clicks Wonderboom while collecting my Pargo order, on Tuesday 17 September 2024. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was handed two packages, with a third one missing. When I raised the issue, I was told that I would receive a separate notification later, which didn't make sense as Pargo orders are usually not split. Despite my concerns, the staff insisted, and I almost left without my full order.

After further insistence on my part, another staff member (Male working on the isles) suggested that the missing package be checked again. Only after waiting an additional 15 minutes was the third package finally brought to me.

Throughout this process, I was met with frustration from the staff (2 female), who seemed annoyed by my persistence. The one kept on saying that she needs to go for tea time and doesn’t have time for this, insisting that I should go and wait for another notification to be sent to my phone.

This level of service is unacceptable. I won't be using Pargo at Clicks Wonderboom again, and I advise others to avoid the frustration of this location.
