Clicks queueing system. They allocate numbers not according to who was first in the queue but according to what you are there for. I sat for a long time while people passed me because I was what they call self medicating . Bongani helped a lady who did not even have a number. I have been using clicks for a very long time and my husband and I get all of our chronic medication there. Unless I get an apology I will move all business to dischem. I spoke to the one of the pharmacists and she said collections are quick. Did she know whether I was going to be quicker. I wonder.Another customer gave up waiting.She was also self medicating.
