Clicks - why do they have Clubcards?

I ordered a new Clicks ClubCard 6 weeks ago since the present one is not usable any more due to wear n tear. Nothing happened. When I followed up they said via email another card was ordered and should reach me within another 6 weeks.<br> Is this pathetic or what?
