Clicks - where we give you less aka ***** your money

Tried to return an online purchase in Eikestad Mall store. I was treated like a ***** and after waiting more than an hour, I was given money back less than what I paid for the item on a card. No one at Clicks wants to resolve this quickly or fairly and everyone I spoke to (I have names and designations) was either openly hostile or rude.
