Clicks - What a wait!

<p>Wow I will never go into another clicks pharmacy again! I went into the local clicks in Meerensee, Richards Bay to get cold sore cream. What would normally take me 10 seconds at Dischem took about 15minutes at Clicks. I first had to wait while the cusomer in front of me was explained how to take every self medication under the sun, eventually i tried to call another pharmacist who was at the back to please help me quickly as i just needed cold sore cream! I was told, not very politely to just wait. After eventualy getting helped I have to give all my personal details etc just for self medication, COLD SORE CREAM!! One would expect Clicks to try compete with your competitors but you obviously dont care at all. At Dischem I can get my self medication, MYSELF, I dont have to wait in a queque and then give all my personal details. Oh yes and one more thing.... my cream is cheaper at Dischem!</p>
