Clicks Westgate Mall own rules

Clicks always exchanges diapers for bigger sizes without a till slip which is so helpful ... As they are gifts. Today at Westgate Mall Clicks they insisted that I present proof of purchase. I am shocked. Client services lady says she needs it for the exchange and the manager says she needs it to see what I bought.
