Clicks Westgate mall is a big *******

I attended my daughter's 18 month old immunization appointment today, upon arrival the nurse said they don't have the government immunization, only the private one which in total would cost almost R800. After giving my daughter the injection, she said they don't have the vitamin A and D, and I would have to visit my local clinic to get this. (instead of telling me beforehand, I couldve saved my time and money by taking her to the local clinic in the first place and getting all this for free).. Also, the Westgate mall clicks has a sign on the door that says you may visit an alternative branch such a clicks promenade but the nurse had such and attitude when I asked her if we can check at promenade branch, she said : "well the clicks in promenade has been closed for 2 weeks now" I really wonder if it is closed, or was this just a way to make money. I would like to know why the government immunizations are never available and why are we never informed of the costs before we actually go to the appointment. I really feel like i was bul**** into just getting this injection and then all of the things My daughter was supposed to get, she didn't even get because they "ran out" of it. The service wasn't great at all. And I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to baby clinic at clicks. I asked the nurse to check the rash my daughter had on her body, she didn't even really show interest in examining my daughter to see what it could be. She advised that it could be the soap iv been using for my daughter ever since she's been a few months old. I feel like the baby clinic is a big ******* and takes advantage of the new moms and dads.
