Clicks Welgemoed Forum pharmacy is sorely lacking

We were at Clicks Welgemoed Forum to collect medicines for my kids and wife. The person who helped us didn't seem to understand the script (possibly due to her typing away on her phone while we were at the counter) and we needed to explain what the doctor had said.

She then disappeared from the desk for over half an hour. When she came back I asked what had taken so long. She said that she had to mix antibiotics. I find this shocking. My father was a pharmacist so I am very fami**** with pharmacies. It is unheard of that anyone would disappear for half an hour to mix 3 small bottles of medicine.

By comparison, there were several other people with scripts helped by the other two open counters during this time.

There is no way that I am going there again.
