Clicks website is a true nightmare

What a true nightmare this website is. I went to clicks store in cape town on 20/07/22 and rushed to get this product which was on sale. Upon arriving at store i was advised that the product is only on sale online, however nowhere on the website is it mentioned that it is only on sale online. The evening i then tried to order the products online, i struggled for a few hours with the website, when the order eventually gets to the payment screen and you completed your details you wait another fee minutes for this to be loaded thereafter screen continuosly freezes and payment is unsuccessful after a few attempts. I then tried in hope that today the system will be more effective however to my dismay the same problem occurred. I also contacted the call centre *** and logged this complaint received a reference nr. 421571 and was further promised that a staff member will contact me today to assist with my dilemma however to my dismay no one contacted me today. Now i will have missed out on a special which ended yesterday due to an ineffective and obsolete website. What a nightmare.
