CLICKS WEBSITE CHARGED CREDIT CARD AND ORDER VANISHED!!!!!

Placed an online Clicks order 2 days ago (28 July). My credit card was charged with R622.54. The website then logged me out and my order vanished. I logged back in and the items were still in my cart. I have phoned Clicks 3 times and sent numerous emails but no-one has gotten back to me! Will never order online from the Clicks website again. I want my money or my items ordered ASAP!!!
