Clicks WATERGATE unsatisfied customer.

On Friday 28 February l went to Clicks Watergate to exchange a Safeway Titanium flat irion and they let me wait in the store for almost 45min. The flat irion switches off every 10min and they told me that the flat irion has thermostat and will switch off. I told them that l buy all my electronics at clicks and never experienced any fault, however this one switches off. They gave me the flat irion back and said they dont find any fault. The next day l went to Clicks Promenade and they assisted me professionally even tho the shop was very busy and full. Clicks WATERGATE was unprofessional and not customer friendly. The manager Mr Vincent did not even come out of his office he just sent a very rude Nandipha sales assistant to give me the message that they dont find any fault.
