CLICKS WATERCREST MALL

I must be totally honest about how Clicks Watercrest Mall treated me today. The abruprness and lack of enthusiasm was the start at the entrance by a lady who answered my query with a flat no. And walked at a snails pace to show me where something was. No greeting or basically eye contact. I then proceeded to the pharmacy where the pharmacist was totally patronizing arrogant and curt with me. Also no passion and no effort to try and assist. His curtness was do obvious. In general the feeling I got was that Clicks watercrest mall was doing me a favor when I walked in there. This attitude and mindset of the staff and must be a deterrent to customers.. this was obvious in the lack of customers.
