Clicks- Warming pads

I'm beyond disgusted with the service i have recived from the Clicks Complaints department as well as from the Clicks complaints resolutions department. I have logged a complaint on on the 5th August 2020 and up until today the 14 September my complaint has still not been resolved. I have purchased and used a clicks warming pad and it burnt my skin, i have never had this problem before with any other heating pads only with the clicks brand and their urgency or lack of acknowledging the fault and trauma this was for me is disgusting. They have absolutely no consideration or interest in customer care their service has surely dropped over the years.
