Clicks at Constantia Village seem to take great delight in making it impossible to obtain medication from them, and to expose you as much as possible to the COVID-19 virus. Their queues are inordinately long, and you can expect to spend at least 45 minutes exposed to the virus while you wait for your medication. They have a system where they allegedly make up your regular medications upfront and notify you when it is ready. But often it is not ready, despite them notifying that it is, or it cannot be found. And then, when you obtain a script via email from the doctor, they will not accept that script, requiring the doctor email it to them directly - they even refuse to accept the original email forwarded to them. The nett result is that you spend an inordinately long time exposed to the virus through unnecessary repeated visits and their great inefficiency.
