CLICKS WAKE UP

The clicks online platform needs to be more accurate and keep to the expected time they advertise to deliver online purchases between 1-3 business days and not more than that . I hope everyone that works for their customer service department can also follow up with customers that want to know where the hell are their stuff. I might as well have paid for delivery to my home if this is the type of service i have been experiencing with the "CLICK AND COLLECT" option and if the customers and the clicks online staff are meant to be tortoise, then I apologize , I will pay a bit more with Takealot and Dis chem that hopefully service human beings next time.
