Clicks Vryheid

A month ago I went to Vryheid Clicks to get my chronic medication, i stood and argued for an hour and a half. The pharmacist said that my medication (at previous clicks in Secunda) was billed on private and not ons Dr's script. That I should call and sort it out with them she won't give me my medication (this was already my 5th repeat which i got previously withou any issue). I told her it is not my job to sort it out and that the issue was not my fault. She spoke to me as if I was *****ing this medication. Long story short. Original script was send to them and she finally helped me.

Today I go to the same Clicks in Vryheid. Where I took my script from the specialists (which is on email from the dr- I'm not driving 4 hours just to pick up a script). They refused to help me. They need the dr to call them. They wont accept my script and the dr must personally send it to them. I left because I was not sitting there another hour just to be told we WILL NOT help you.

This is pathetic. You are losing a loyal customer. Vryheid Clicks won't ever see me again.
