Clicks Vorna Valley,Midway Mews - Pathetic Service

I tend to go to Clicks Vorna Valley if I am in the area and need something urgently.

I have been there a few times and the service has been absolutely pathetic.

They have messed up my monthly meds,the pharmacists are absolutely rude and don't even greet you. Everytime I leave that specific store I regret why I even bothered to go in.. The waiting time for the pharmacy is always over half an hour.

The cashiers as well. Not friendly at all. Literally just there to cash up and that's it.

I normally go to Waterfall or Blue Hills Clicks,and the staff are always so happy and willing to help, while Vorna Valley Clicks staff seem so forced to do their job.

If I could give zero stars in I would,but unfortunately I have to rate 1 star.

I will NEVER visit that Clicks again,even in an emergency.
