clicks vincent mall

I was at clicks Vincent mall East London. I'm paying with my friend and then the teller tells us only one person can be at till. I have been going to clicks these past few months and that rule has never been there, now at level one there is a rule only one persona can be at till mind you the till next to me had two people standing and another one had two people as well. I asked the teller why do other tills have more then one person at till. The tellers then said that's their problem I have to stand back. I nearly left the things I was going to purchase because that kind of service is so wrong. I also understand that it is still covid 19 but maybe they should tell people at the door that only one person should come in. If Clicks has a space issue in terms of premises they must not take it out on us customers.
