Clicks very disapointed.

Clicks has always been one of the top stores for me up until my recent experience.Its products was always top quality and value for money. I guess as time goes quality change. Im very unhappy and disappointed at the moment. Firstly I bought an Kambrook brand iron thinking it was the best quality but it ddnt meet my expectation, it ddnt even get to 3 months when it stops working. I bought it at Clicks New Park , return it yesterday trusting that it will be in order but I think it was my stupidity not to open the box there and there and check that it was new and working. I also find the Supervisor at fault, as much as she was checking the iron was not working when I return it, she was also supposed to check whether everything is in order with the one she replaced. This mornng when I woke up to iron the kids school kids, the iron was not even working...you could see it was a used return damage iron that was just put back on the shelf. The hole underneath the iron its rusty and has black particles.Its the least that I expected from Clicks. I was more furious than disappointed because my kids had to go to school with clothes that was not iron. Im really disappointed from a 10/10 to a 2/10. Now I have to go to they Store again tomorrow waisting my lunch break because of a return that they had to do right in the first place.
