Clicks Vamgate mall the worst branch when it comes to customer service.

I tried to return a Wahl machine within warranty and the store manager blatantly refused to either have the item repaired or return for a new one. Customer service were also unwilling to assist. This is the reason I drive past this store to rather shop at Clicks Rylands village which is a further distance to travel as Vangate Clicks always provide poor service. Eventually a wonderful manager at Clicks Soneike manage to assist me with professionalism and excellent customer service. Clicks Vangate and Clicks customer service the worst and I spend thousands at Clicks monthly. Clicks Vangate is damaging the Clicks brand as a whole. The manager didn't even have the decency to come and speak to me herself.
