CLICKS USESLESS

I have tried to download the Clicks app on my phone numerous times and tried to login and i repeatedly get, NO CREDENTIALS FOUND". I have been a Clicks club card member since Clicks opened 100 years ago. i have contacted customer service and informed them of this problem and reset my details and yet i still cannot login on my app - NO CREDENTIALS FOUND! PATHETIC! PHONE APP IS USELESS!
