clicks useless

I purschased the most expensive iron at clicks philips for R1500 thinking I won't have a problem however one year later it stopped working still under garauntee I gave it to clicks columbine to repair but now when I call to enquire how long more ? The lady don't know because the guy and the book is not their she was however intelligent enough to take my name and number to call me back but that's not good enough for me ! I think its ready but they haven't called me because these ******s think they are the customer and I mus call them ?
