Clicks - Used Maybelline Foundation

I am beyond disappointed with the Clicks in Scottburgh, I called the store yesterday (18/10/2022) to find out about my foundation shade in a Maybelline product, the member of staff graciously offered to keep the products aside for me, I went in to purchase the items today (19/10/2022). When I got home I noticed that the product not only was previously opened, but it has already been used as well. If a foundation is new, the packaging should NOT have residual dried foundation on the pump of the bottle. It is UNFAIR to expect customers to pay full price for a product that has already been used. If the product was returned it should not have been returned to the shelf. Its unfair to expect customers to pay full price for used goods. I want to be refunded for my purchase. This is completely unacceptable.
