Clicks Uneducated Staff

Clicks: I have numerous problems with Clicks not educating there pharmacist and then they are arrogant and want to convince you that you know nothing and they have all the experience to prove they are right.

When you are on chronic medication then ONLY that medication are approved by your medical aid and no generic or similar medication can be provided. YES it will go through on my medical aid as a cash withdraw from my savings and you will smile on your side but I DONT NEED TO PAY FOR THE MEDICATION FOR IT IS APPROVED so when are you going to wake up and know how to do your job?

You give a service where I can just come and pick up my medication and then when I get home it is incorrect. Cash has been deducted from my savings and you just say "andazi"....
