Clicks unacceptable service

<p>I am very dissapointed in your service. The shop was suppose to open at 9 today and it was just me and the pharmacist outside the shop at 10 past 9. And no other worker in sight while the shop was still closed. Sometimes we wait more than half an hour for our prescription and some of the pharmacists are ***********.</p>
